Wow.....what an amazing weekend in London attending the Festival of Remembrance in the Royal Albert Hall.

Then marching on the Cenetoph parade in London on Sunday. That was such an honour and great experience 🎖 🥇 🙏

It was amazing catching up with so many great friends who I've not seen for years. I've also made so many new friends as well 🙏❤️

10 x exercises. 1 minute on each exercise max out!

🏅Press Ups - 1 minute

🏅Sit ups- 1 minute

🏅Burpees - 1 minute

🏅Plank ups/downs - 1 minute

🏅Half sits- 1 minute

🏅Squat thrusts - 1 minute

🏅Shoulder taps- 1 minute

🏅Plank Jack's- 1 minute

🏅Mountain climbers - 1 minute

🏅Sprints- 1 minute

It was sooooooo close. There was 1 point in it.

Massive congratulations to Fay for winning the SUPERSTARS competition this morning with an excellent score of 564 points 🏅🏅🏅🎊🎊🎊

There will now be FREE TASTER SESSIONS throughout the months of January, February and March 2023. Please come along and bring a friend and enjoy some fun in the fresh air!!!
