Group training is BACK!!!!!

With a slight difference with smaller and more focused groups across 6 weeks.

2 sessions per week (multiple times and days to chose from)

Nutritional guidance and calorie specific planning

Opportunities for self development and learning about your training as you go through the programme

Beginning October, this is available for 10 people to take full advantage of.

Let's talk about failure!

You'll NEVER go through life without experiencing the feeling of failure it's actually more present than success will ever be and that's the cold hard truth.

But that's a good thing yes I said it, that's a good thing and here's why.

Failure makes us see something we need to change maybe we need to approach from a different angle or regroup ourselves mentally and physically to take on that task again.

Why do you think success feels that much better once we achieve it and I say achieve it because its such a fu***ng effort to hit that failure point and decide to harness it rather than give in to it.

As a coach we see failure day in day out do we dwell on it....no, do we use it to help that road to success absofu***nglutely.

This isn't some motivational bo****ks about "don't look back you're not going that way" this is a simple message that if you're failing but getting back up again and again then you're making those massive steps to success!

Getting out of bed early to train when you don't feel like it?.....success
Managed to get those extra few steps you needed to hit your daily target?...success
Made those few choices that have influenced others around you?....success
Went through your day without going home, crawling into bed and watching Netflix whilst troughing?....success
Spent time with people you care about?....success

When you believe you achieve!

Chin up, eyes forward and fu***ng do you!

Always enjoy the start of a new month with new challenges.

Strong group sessions tonight followed by the Hartlepool BBOB RFC lads in to close the night off ready for 0600 in the morning

This month is broken into 4 categories before we weigh in at the end, as always welcome to the new guys and I hope you enjoy what's in store.

Also, if you've trained with us in the past you'll be in for a little treat this week 👀
