The only thing is destinations never stop, they’re endless.

For all you young players.

In time and with patience things work out not just in football but life.

Your mindset is the engine.

Stop second guessing.

Doubt has no place in where you want your vision to take you.

You need to have consistency, make endless sacrifices, a self belief and a willingness to never give up attitude - doors open.

Opportunities appear. The right people align.

You have survived too much to come this far to get what you want.

It’s your own journey.

Trust your pace and most of all trust that everything you are preparing for is going to pay off.

When you think nothing is happening or going as planned you’re wrong, it’s preparing you for where this game takes you but also in life for the future.

The reason being I’ve seen it from when I started playing as a kid and experienced all the above.

Keep going, Keep grinding because there’s nothing to fear.

It’s the path and journey to growth.

In this game and life it’s never about the now it’s about what you’re prepared to do for later.

If you love what you do anything is possible but most of all keep giving this game what it deserves - RESPECT!

We would like to inform you that the IPDA Academy training kits have been delayed.

We are currently awaiting delivery and will notify all players as soon as the kits arrive.

In the meantime please arrive in training wear with boots and shin pads and water bottle ready to train.
