🎾 Exciting News for the Club! 🎉

We’re delighted to announce that planning permission has now been approved for the construction of two new padel courts at the club!

This marks the start of the process, and while there is still a lot of hard work ahead to bring the project to life, it’s a huge and important step forward.

Padel is one of the fastest-growing sports in the world, and these new courts will open up fantastic opportunities for members, coaching programmes, and new players to get involved at the club.

A big thank you to everyone who has supported the project so far. There’s plenty more to do in the coming months, but these are really exciting times for the club and its future.

We’ll keep members updated as plans progress! 👏

What an incredible evening celebrating our phenomenal juniors at Quarry Bank Tennis Club 🎾💙

67 juniors, 120 family members, our amazing sponsors and volunteers — and 200 awards presented! A few of them are shared below. Truly such a special club to be part of.

Building Contractors needed 🧱🛠️

Local building contractors are invited to express an interest in work required at a local tennis club.

In summary the work comprises:

External:
· Ground works [including excavation] to involve realignment of an accessible ramp
· Ground clearance to allow increased accessibility to new entrance
· Paving/surfacing of new entrance area
· Install new boundary fencing to new entrance area

Internal:
· Repositioning of existing partitions to allow for updated changing accommodation
· Installation of an accessible toilet
· New internal doors and 2 new external doors and frames
· Associated electrical, plumbing and decorating requirements

Estimated total cost between £40,000 - £60,000.
