3 Years with !!!!!

3 years worth of bulking and shredding and getting stronger, feeling my best self and just being a more educated and better coach!

I’ve said this a lot but training with Shaun was the best thing i did for myself! I could not recommend someone more! Not only has my body developed physically but also the way i train, my form, my mentality going into each session and each phase has developed as well!

Here’s to many more! ✨

Come and spend a sunday rest day with me…

on sunday the goal is steps, cardio and rest as much as possible…
i like to sleep in (for me), read and do creative things on a sunday and just unwind and spend time with loved ones.

today we took advantage of the sun and went out for a big old walk which was lovely!
sometimes i feel like when you’re in a shred you have to be going at 100miles on hour all the time, but you can still have a slower life and still reach your goals ✨

i wish i had something more fun or informative to post but the last couple of weeks have been taken up by menopause work...

Things i am doing for this shred:

1. Regular training videos to my coach
I can become lazy when it comes to pushing myself in a shred, especially at the end when i’m tired. Sending clips will help me stay motivated and aware of my movements

2. Optimising my Time
i work weird and long hours, and when i am home for the day i would like to be able to properly rest instead of thinking i have X amount of steps left to do.

3. Prioritising Form
Tying in with the first point, i also am aware that i tend to ego lift ever so slightly so i don’t feel like i’m loosing strength. Form should be the priority in any stage but i know i let it slip to feed my ego!
