Things i am doing for this shred:
1. Regular training videos to my coach
I can become lazy when it comes to pushing myself in a shred, especially at the end when i’m tired. Sending clips will help me stay motivated and aware of my movements
2. Optimising my Time
i work weird and long hours, and when i am home for the day i would like to be able to properly rest instead of thinking i have X amount of steps left to do.
3. Prioritising Form
Tying in with the first point, i also am aware that i tend to ego lift ever so slightly so i don’t feel like i’m loosing strength. Form should be the priority in any stage but i know i let it slip to feed my ego!
