‘Bloods in 5’s, off all meds and 1 1/2 stone lost in just 2 months🥳 I finally feel I have my life back!’

Check out Joanne’s incredible journey since starting with me just a few short months ago…….⬇️⬇️⬇️

‘Hi my name is Joanne

I was dignosed with type 2 diabetes 13 years ago now.

The impacted it had on my life was terrible!

I gained a lot of weight, had no energy, tired all the time, swollen legs and feet

and was not getting any help or support from doctors apart from being put on metformin 2 tablets 3 times a day.

5 years ago I tried to take action on my own I moved house and was determind to the lose weight at that time I was 18 stone.

I managed to lose weight got down to 11 stone 10 pounds.

I was taken off metformin for the first time in years I felt like myself again!

but it was short lived as no matter what I did the weight slowly piled back on.

I was constanly going to the doctors throughout this time,

and all they ever did for me was to put me back on metformin 1 tablet twice a day.

I was felling so low because nothing I was doing was helping!

my weight had gone up to 14 stone again all the side affect’s came back!

I wasn’t sleeping, had sore feet, swollen ankle’s, feet and legs.

I was scrolling through facebook when I came across phils AD.

In the beginning I wasn’t 100% convinced,

At the time I was still trying to fix it myself,

but the AD was always popping up on my feed so I thought I would look in to it.

Frustrated by the lack of progress I was making on my own and with no support from my doctors I decided to take the plunge and go for it.

I had nothing to lose and everthing to gain if it worked.

When I started working with phil in july my weight was 13 6 pounds.

Week by week I started to lose weight to the point were people where starting to notice it

family and my coworkers.

Not only this but my bloods were coming down too.

I’m now consistently in the 5’s and now take no medication whatsoever on Phil’s recommendation!

I feel better in myself too,

im not as tired, I have more energy and im off metformin and im so proud to say.

It’s all thanks to phil!!

Not only his amazing understanding of this condition,

But all the things he has helped me with throughout the process!

The tools and support are always there if I need any encouragement.

Im in a much better place now.

Im glad to say I have now lost 1 stone and 6 pounds since starting with phil.

My sleep has improved substantially and I longer have sore feet, swollen ankles or legs.

It’s all thanks to phil and his amazing program.

I finally feel like im getting my life back!

I cant thank phil enough!

I would recommend Phil’s program 100%

its a life changer!’ 🙂🥳

‘This journey with Phil has helped us, to feel more energised and have a spark for life again🙂🌟’!

client wins rachel and richard

I’m thrilled to be sharing with you the progress of my diabetes reversal system clients Rachel and Richard.

They got in touch with me primarily as Rachel was struggling with her type 2 diabetes…

But with Richard keen to support his wife knowing that he had his own weight loss journey to embark upon they decided to both join and embark upon this journey together.

Here’s how they have gotten on so far with some words from Rachel...

‘Hi my name is Rachel, About five months ago I was sat on our sofa, feeling very fed-up.

I had been told by my GP, that they were thinking of putting me on an additional Diabetes drug.

As my blood sugar was still too high, this made me feel very low, after all the effort I had put in to change our diet, but it wasn't working. While scrolling through Facebook, I came across Phil's post.

I normally don't take notice of these posts, but I thought, I've got nothing to lose, so I read it.

What Phil was saying made so much sense, it was very straightforward, he seemed very genuine and kind.

The fact that I have heart disease, type 2 Diabetes and my wonderful husband has heart disease in his family history, is such a worry.

We have both lost so many precious family and friends. Life is too short, we want to spend as much time, as we can together, making memories.

So we set up a meeting with Phil and took it from there.

We talked it through together and decided we both have weight to lose and need to get fit.

From that moment Phil has helped us learn a new way of thinking about food and exercise.

He encourages us to talk to him every day, keeps us accountable and helps us learn from our mistakes, so we can reach our goal to eventually do this on our own.

To date I have gone from 14 Stone 6lbs to 13 Stone 1lb. ( loosing 19 pounds)

And Richard has gone from 19 stone 7lbs to 17 Stone 7lbs, (loosing 28pounds or 2stone)

in the first 3 months!!!!

Not only that but I have been able to lower my blood sugars significantly in that time to consistent 5/6's with reduced medication which as a type 2 diabetic has been wonderful to see.

This journey with Phil has helped us, to feel more energised and have a spark for life again.

My advice to you if your looking for something similar to help you towards remission is please Don't hesitate.

Thank you Phil for all your help and support.’

Im absolutely thrilled with their progress since we started.

They both have absolutely thrown themselves into the process since day 1.

Fully engaging in all aspects of the programme and that’s why they fully deserves the results they have achieved so far!

I look forward to showing you further progress for them both down the line too as I’m sure there will be more to come.

MASSIVE CONGRATULATIONS TO YOU BOTH

What will my life with or without type 2 diabetes look like?I am the sort of person who likes to find out all the facts ...

What will my life with or without type 2 diabetes look like?

I am the sort of person who likes to find out all the facts in relation to something me or a loved one is medically facing.

And type 2 diabetes is no exception. Upon receiving your diabetes diagnosis you ultimately have three choices. I am going to outline what the potential outcome could look like for you with each of these 3 choices.

1. DO NOTHING!

Now while this can seem like a crazy choice to a lot of us (especially me!) this is a route that some people choose.

The ostrich effect is a psychological term for people who quote literally put their head in sand and refuse to acknowledge that there is anything wrong with them.

However, over time, high blood sugar levels in type 2 diabetes can damage your eyes, kidneys, nerves and heart.

This can happen because the pancreas doesn't make enough of a hormone called insulin that helps sugar enter the cells.

It happens also because the cells respond poorly to insulin by taking in less sugar. As these symptoms worsen you will become more slow, sluggish and your mental health with decline along with your ability to do things.

2 TAKE THE MEDICATION

Doctors are likely to prescribe you a tablet, such as metformin upon you receiving your diabetes diagnosis.

The goal of these drugs is to control the amount of glucose (sugar) in your blood.

It decreases the amount of glucose you absorb from your food and the amount of glucose made by your liver.

Metformin also increases your body's response to insulin, a natural substance that controls the amount of glucose in the blood.

And while this can seem like a short term solution, it sadly doesn’t come without its side effects.

Users have reported abdominal pain, breathing complications, muscle pain and difficulty urinating as some of the most common side effects of the drugs, which leaves me feeling like you are literally swapping one set of issues for another set entirely!!

3.FIX THE PROBLEM

The final option (and in my opinion the only one you should be considering!) is to actually take the bull by the horns and deal with the actual issue head on.

Your diabetes diagnosis has come from eating the wrong foods in too high quantities and by not exercising enough.

By implementing a health meal plan alongside a regular exercise regime you’ll not only be able to REVERSE your diabetes diagnosis, but also loose excess weight and help shift any mental health issues in the process.

It’s in other words,YOUR ROUTE TO FREEDOM!!!

This choice will give you not only your life back, but also will provide you with a future that you can currently only dream about.

And the great news is, I know just how to take you there,

As I’ve walked this road more than 1000 times!!

All I ask is you simply give me your trust to show you the way if you don’t know or can’t make it alone.

So there you have it - 3 choices on your future after receiving a diabetes diagnosis.

Which one will you choose?

your future lies in your hands ultimately.

This helps to create a level of accomplishment and accountability that are both necessary tools than I will come back to shortly.

We will also cover your diet and nutritional plan moving forward, highlighting where you may have gone wrong in the past and what changes need to be implemented to make progress in the future.

You will also be provided with access to my recipes and health eating guides, which have HUNDREDS of different options for you to choose from than will leave you feeling both full and satisfied. We will also discuss and plan your new fitness regime, and how often I would expect you to complete work outs and what levels I would aim for you to achieve.

Your diabetes diagnosis broken down

Diabetes is one of those things that everyone knows a little bit about, but it’s only when you receive a diagnosis that you realise that your knowledge needs to be much more in depth to understand not only how you got here, but also how you can over come it!

The difference between type 1 and type 2 diabetes is that type 1 diabetes is a lifelong condition that you are usually born with, where the body's immune system attacks and destroys the cells that produce insulin.

Type 2 diabetes is where the body does not produce enough insulin, or the body's cells do not react to insulin properly.

This is usuallly forms from over eating, carrying excess weight or eating too much of the wrong thing. As your body slowly becomes unable to break down the amount of sugar you are consuming, it begins to store it within your body, usually around your vital organs, in an attempt to help it to cope.

Obviously over time this can prohibit them from working properly, and as a result leave you feeling slow, sluggish and suffering from unwanted ailments such as digestive and metabolic issues, trouble sleeping, depression and so much more.

Although the NHS do prescribe medicines such as metformin to help the body to cope with the excess insulin being consumed, it will only act as a bandage to help pop up the issues within your body.

To really rid yourself of the disease and its associated ailment, your need to actively target it head on via your diet and exercise regime.

Your diet needs to assessed and managed so that you can actively monitor the amount of sugar being consumed.

As diabetes and excess weight normally go hand in hand, it is likely that you will also need to create a calorie deficit within your daily consumption to help combat both issues.

But don’t worry, that doesn’t mean going hungry, but will require you to switch to more nutritiously rich ingredients that will not only fill you up but also provide your body with the necessary protein, fats and carbohydrate quantities to full your day.

You will also need an exercise regime to help encourage your body to break down the excess sugar reserves on its own.

Workouts of a high enough intensity should be carried out 3/4 times per week, during which you should be looking to spike your heart rate as much as possible to see results.

The more you are able to maintain a healthier in take of food, and the more frequently you are able to work out, the quicker you will see results.

And if you are able to maintain your need healthy living techniques than the longer you will be just that - healthy!

Type 2 diabetes doesn’t have to be a life long diagnosis. What will it take to get you stared on your reversal journey?

ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS FOR DIABETES!!

Are you really doing all you need to be to change your situation

or are you just saying you are?

Talk is cheap.

Action is worth a pound of gold.

It’s impressive the number of people who talk about their dreams, their goals, and all the amazing things they’re going to do.

Yet, for most, that’s where it ends.

They’re all talk, no action.

They want the prize without paying the price.

They want the success, the recognition, and the rewards, but they’re unwilling to do what’s required.

If it’s not easy, convenient, or comfortable, they’re out.

If certainty isn’t guaranteed, they don’t even start.

That’s why so many people (even if not consciously) settle for mediocrity.

They’d rather stay in their comfort zone than face the discomfort of growth.

Comfort feels safe.

Growth feels risky.

But you can’t have both.

Ironically, the more growth you seek, the more comfortable of a life you will ultimately live.

“I’m too busy.” “I don’t have the resources.” “It’s not the right time.”

But the truth is, they’re just not willing to make the sacrifices.

They want their success handed to them on a silver platter.

But life doesn’t work that way.

Anything worthwhile demands effort, time, and sacrifice.

You want a top level of health and to rid yourself of your weight and diabetes?

You’ve got to put in the hours, take the risks, and be willing to make mistakes and fail.

All the Successful people we have ever helped understand that and that’s how they ultimately got better.

There are no shortcuts.

And that’s a good thing.

Because the effort you put in shapes you into the person who deserves the reward.

The struggle is what builds character, resilience, and wisdom.

When you skip the work, you skip the growth.

Taking meds to keep your struggles at bay doesn’t make you a healthy individual all of sudden.

It simply kicks the problem into the long grass so you can worry about it tomorrow rather than today.

But one things for sure..

It’s a shortcut with no lasting benefit towards helping you become a better version of you and actually dealing with the problem in a way that will solve it.

And when you skip the growth, you’re left with nothing but empty talk and an empty tank and a whole host of medical issues that have been expanded due to your procrastination to do what you knew you should have done all along.

Deal with your problems HEAD ON!!

The people who achieve big things in life aren’t the ones waiting for perfect conditions.

They’re the ones who roll up their sleeves and do the work, no matter how messy or inconvenient it gets.

They don’t make excuses.

They don't procrastinate

They make progress.

And that starts by taking action even in the face of fear.

Which person will you choose to be…?

Talk is cheap, your actions are all that matters,

So speak loud and clear with them EVERY SINGLE DAY!!

and if your ACTUALLY serious about sorting this book your call with me here (link in comments below)

and lets get on and do it!!

Yours in health and fitness,

Phil

Why you can’t out train a bad diet!

I’m sure you have heard this expression before, and I’m here to tell you why it is true!

We have all heard of calories, and how our calorie intake should be around 2000 per day for women and 2500 for men.

You can also understand that if you are able to create a calorie deficit, that it will result in you being able to loose weight, as you are burning more than you are talking in.

Exercise will burn calories, and the harder you work out, the more you will burn.

However, intense workouts will also require lots of fuel and energy in order for you to endure, as well as to help aid recovery and muscle repair after it has been completed.

By not giving your body nutritious foods in appropriate quantities your body will begin to source this energy from other areas, which can result in side effects such as muscle wastage, poor sleep from over tiredness, and from prohibiting your organs from working as efficiently as possible.

Yes exercise burns calories, but a poor diet often leads to consuming more calories than you burn, creating a positive calorie balance that results in weight gain or makes it harder to lose weight.

Poor eating habits can disrupt hormonal balance, potentially leading to increased stress hormones (like cortisol) and hindering fat loss efforts.

This in turn can lead you to want to comfort eat more to counteract these issues, which can create viscous cycle which can be difficult to break.

Also, with secondary issues such as Type 2 diabetes, you will never be able to correct your condition without controlling both your food intake and exercise regime.

Type 2 diabetes comes as a results of excess sugars which have been consumed being stored around your vital organs within your body as it is unable to break down the high volume of intake being consumed.

If the sugar intake isn’t significantly reduced, the exercise alone will not be enough to counteract the excess sugars and break them down.

A healthy diet will enable you to further progress your workouts by providing you with additional energy to push yourself hard and to recover quicker.

It will help you sleep better, cope better with stress and will aid organ efficiency and mental health.

It is imperative that diet and exercise are both carefully considered during the course of your weight loss and diabetes reversal journey.

You cannot out train a bad diet!

but If you would like help to start your nutritional plan to finally be able to change your life around, please get in touch and I’d be happy to help.

Thank you Phil you have changed my life 😊’!!

CLIENT WINS Fiona

I’m thrilled to be sharing the progress today of my diabetes reversal system client Fiona.

She joined with me having received the news that she was type 2 diabetic.

She was of course worried and concerned about this and was desperate to put it right. The only issue was she wasn’t quite sure how to go about it.

With so much conflicting information out there she didn’t know which way to turn or who to believe.

Thankfully though after a long conversation she gave me her trust and we sort towards working together to make her dream a reality.

Here’s how see had got on only 2 months later…

‘Where do I start?

I have always been slim until having children, could eat anything and stayed as I was.

I had my children and an early medical menopause (due to cancer) in my late thirties. Wow did that change things!I carried on trying diets and boot camps and eating chocolate.

Then came the earth shattering phone call - you are type two diabetic.

This is serious and I felt so scared.I found Phil on Facebook and had a zoom call. I instantly felt comfortable with him and told him honestly how I felt.

He was so kind and understanding, with a can do attitude which I liked. I started my new life style and have not looked back.

The meal plan is easy to follow and delicious.

I felt the recipes had been hand picked for me! The recipe book is amazing and well worth buying.

I am enjoying the exercise routines and like that I can follow Phil.

To date I have lost 11 lbs And a 5.5 total inch loss

my bloods have dropped from 12mmol down to 6mmol

huge progress for sure and I can feel it as all my symptoms are so much improved.

I am looking forward to my next review to be able to thank Phil officially!

He’s programme was just what I needed.

I am so excited to keep going and to reach my end goal of reversing my diabetes which I feel very confident now I will very soon

Thank you Phil you have changed my life ’.

Fiona has been an absolute joy to work with.

She clearly had the determination and desire to change from day 1.

She just needed help being shown the way and thankfully I’ve been able to help her in that regard.

I have no doubt il be posting about her again soon when she recieves the official word that her diabetes is behind her

Once and for all.

MASSIVE CONGRATULATIONS

‘In my first month with Phil my bloods have dropped by a MASSIVE 52% from 16.4mmol to 8.0! Joining was the best thing I have done in years!!'

CLIENT WINS JO

I wanted to share with you the progress of my new client Joanne Gallagher.

Joanne joined me just a month ago struggling with the effect of high blood sugars and type 2 diabetes.

She felt a bit lost and in need of some help to turn her situation around.

I knew I could help her!!After a great call we decided to team up to make this happen for her

And here is how her first month in the programme has gone so far…

‘Hi. My name’s Jo and I started Phil’s programme a month ago.

Before I tell you what today is like for me, let me tell you how I got here.

In August 2023, after I’d lost loads of weight, had stopped drinking and was generally feeling better than I had for years, I was told I had Type 2 Diabetes.

Shocked doesn’t really do justice to how I felt and I couldn’t shake the feeling of why me?

I was offered drugs straight away but I decided to wait, do some research and try to manage it through diet and exercise.

My intentions were good and I did well for a while but slipped back into bad habits about a year ago.I needed help, and began to look on the internet, for someone or something that could help me get my life in order. In early March, I saw Phil’s posts on Facebook, read through them and thought he might be able to help me.

After a few weeks of procrastination, I took the plunge and booked a call with Phil for the following week….

it’s the best thing I’ve done for years!

During the call, Phil explained what he could offer and listened, I mean really listened to me, to what I felt and thought I needed.

I had a chance to mull over what he’d said and I knew I had to give it a try. So, I signed up for the programme and started my journey.

So, let me tell you where I am today, one month later.

Well, firstly, I love it.

Phil provides all of the support you could possibly need; food plans, exercise plans, recipes etc.

There’s also loads of support and info on the groups page.

My results, so far, are a weight loss of over half a stone, I’ve improved my fitness by 22%, lost centimetres off my body and, the result I’m most delighted with is my blood glucose

Which are down from 16.4 to 8.0, after 1 month.

I know, with Phil’s programme, my results will only improve and I will have a happier, healthier life for many years to come.

I’d recommend Phil to anyone who’s in a similar situation to I was, it’s a game changer.

Jo Gallagher’.

I’m thrilled to be sharing these results are they are so inspiring for so many of you I’m sure.

For Jo to have more than halved her first blood score in just a short month is staggering And is testament to her hard work and dedication to the programme.

She has even been able to do this while carrying an injury to her foot that has impacted on her ability to walk and do standing workouts.

But has that slowed her down?

NO WAY!

We put her on my seated strength programme and she has powered on with that a great nutrition.

I’m absolutely delighted with her progress so far more to come im sure as we are very much on track to beat her diabetes within the 3 months once again.

Really well done Jo
