A quick video from .garrett.967
session and some insight into what we actually did.
First couple of exercises are some rehab exercises for her cranky knees. (Too much running, can’t be told) 😉
Followed by some mobility work with the overhead lunges.
We lead on then with a couple of supersets.
▪️Squats + Cross Over Lunges.
▪️Leg Press + Box Step Ups.
The dreaded WattBike then followed with some fast maximal sprints mixed in with some 1KM hill climbs.
The days finisher was some Hip Adductor and Abductor holds. 10 seconds holding for 10 reps.
