The big Three Zero 👀🪩🍾✨

Had the best time celebrating my birthday, a trip to Sorrento (highly recommend having a bestie with the birthday at the same time as you) a lovely time out with the girls and Finners and then finishing the weekend off with a hangover of all hangovers 😂😂

I don’t remember the last time I was in the gym, I also don’t remember the last time I felt so happy in my body even at 10kg heavier than I’d ‘ideally like to be’ and I think that shows the growth I’ve had in the last 10 years 🥹🤍

I started off my journey in the gym so worried about how I looked but now I’m just worried about how I feel and it’s the greatest mindset to be in, just enjoying the process and letting my body do what it feels! ✨

Maybe at some point I’ll want the challenge of losing a few kilos and that’s fine, or maybe I’ll keep going enjoying lifting and enjoying socialising and that’s also fine! 🙌

It’s one of the most powerful ways to reset your mind, boost your mood, and stay grounded. Whether it’s a long walk, lifting heavy, or going for a swim, find what lights you up and do more of it.

Life isn’t always smooth, stress, co-parenting, motherhood exhaustion! I feel it all too. But training keeps me focused, balanced, and strong (mentally & physically).

The resilience, patience, consistency and motivation required to work on yourself benefits every other aspect of your life, from relationships, to work, to family life 🌍

Training isn’t just about becoming sexy AF but also about becoming the best version of you from within 🤍

That’s about as much of a motivational speech I have today, but enjoy the process of bettering yourself and becoming the healthiest happiest version of you 🫡
