Zetland Community Hub- Hall Hire 📣

Now that we are much more settled and organised in our new facility, we will be fully opening the hall for hires 🙂

The hall space can be used for a wide range of health & fitness activities, parties and functions, meetings and seminars, recreational activities and more.

Kids Boxing Classes for Ages 6-12 🗓️🥊

Classes are held on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 5:00-6:00pm. The cost is £5 per session, or you can opt for a monthly membership at £45. No need for bookings, just bring your child along on any of the class nights, and they’re good to go!

Your child will need a water bottle and a pair of gloves for the classes. Gloves can be purchased from Torra Scotia Sports in Falkirk. If your child is new to boxing, they can borrow a pair of gloves from our gym to try it out first.

Please note that parents are not allowed inside during the classes. Please can you drop off your child and fill out a form upon arrival.

24 Hour Gym Fob Access ⏰🏋️‍♂️‼️

The gym is now open for 24-hour access users. Although we still have work to complete (e.g. lighting, paint, etc.), all the equipment is set up and ready to use. Our gym is open to anyone, not just boxers. The majority of our 24-hour access users attend the gym for health and fitness, and have completely different goals.

What our gym has to offer 🏋🏻🥊

Boxing area with x1 20ft & x1 18ft competition ring. The bags will be installed by next week.

Wide range of conditioning equipment including battle ropes, tires, sled track, rope climb, plyo box jumps, assault bikes, stair master, treadmill, concept rower and skierg.

Gym area featuring equipment such as cable machine, squat rack, bench press, dumbbells 5-30kg, plates 5-25kg, adjustable benches, kettlebells, olympic barbells, wall balls, gymnastic rings and more.

Our facility is equipped to meet all your training needs, whether you’re interested in boxing, weight lifting, or setting up a circuit workout.

Although our changing area with showers and sauna won’t be ready for a few months due to budget constraints, we’re committed to investing in this area with the revenue generated from memberships and our events.

Co-main event, Evan Bell, the current Scottish silver medalist based in Grangemouth, completed a superb season by winning via unanimous decision and receiving Junior Boxer of the Evening. Evan had 15 bouts this season, with highlights including becoming the King of the Ring champion in Sweden and winning the silver medal at the Scottish Open Championships in a fantastic three fight run. It was nice to hear Jamie mention the poor judging decisions he’s witnessed Evan have over the years, but Evan is resilient and didn’t let it get him down. He is now reaping the rewards 💪🏼🥊
