Our updated weekly training schedule is here!

We now have Kids Boxing & Kickboxing classes for ages 8–12, alongside our regular Boxing and Kickboxing sessions for ages 13+.

🥊 Kids Boxing — Wednesday 17:15–18:00
🥊 Kids Kickboxing — Thursday 17:15–18:00

Our kids classes are designed for complete beginners — no previous experience is needed. We start from the fundamentals and build skills, fitness, confidence and discipline in a fun and structured environment.

For ages 13+, we continue to offer Boxing and Kickboxing throughout the week, with 6 adult/teen sessions available Monday–Saturday.

Whether you’re completely new to martial arts or looking for a place to train consistently — AMA Gym Falkirk welcomes you.
