It isn’t just about goals or standout moments on the pitch, but about consistency, reliability, and the way a player supports the squad both in training and on match days.

The Most Improved Player Award this year is shared by Ando and Harris, in recognition of the incredible progress both players have made throughout the season. From the very beginning, they each showed determination, resilience, and a strong desire to develop their skills. Through consistent effort at training, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn, both players grew in confidence and performance week after week.​

Ando, your improvement has not only been noticeable in games and at training, but also in the way you have supported your teammates and embraced every challenge with a positive attitude.​

Harris, from a player who first came along just to get out of the house and build some confidence, to becoming a regular in our starting 11 every week, your growth this season has been outstanding.​

This shared award celebrates the hard work, commitment, and development that both Ando and Harris have shown all season long.
