Predicted 20:01.
Josh Young ran sub‑20.
This is what happens when your athlete treats training plans like a tapas menu.

"Marathon… 28km trail race… ooh, 5K PB… add that too.ā€

Keeping a coach on her toes since ...well always!

Nothing keeps a coach fitter than an athlete who mixes marathon prep with spontaneous 5Ks.

Nail the warm‑up. Do the drills with intent.

Details matter. Small changes, spotted through a coach’s eye, turn stiff movement into flow.

Kishan came in with a straight‑legged, rigid pattern. In our MOT session we broke it down, taught him how to cycle the leg properly, and gave him cues to build rhythm instead of rigidity.

Those tiny tweaks are what shift the whole pattern and he’s out there practising them in his own time. Homework that actually sticks.

Skill in motion.

Kishan taking the MOT cues we worked on together and cycling the legs with intent. Knee drive getting smoother every rep.

He’s out there doing the homework between sessions, that’s where the change happens.

I'm so proud!
