What a fantastic junior boxing class this week. New and old faces down at the gym, great buzz with the guys learning new skills and making new friends. The grading system starts this Wednesday 15th at 5pm. Get intouch for details or just turn up and get your child started on their new journey. Fitness, confidence, self defence, life skill.. All welcome . Come give it a try
