It's been a top week!

One of the best things said to me is, just because you can run faster doesn't mean you should!

This got me focused on tempo and recovery! 3 sets Monday and same again Friday of 2.5km runs each set.

Today, I worked for time on the C2 bike to go as far as possible, jumping off in intervals to complete movements! Total flow throughout 👌 17km managed.

Everyone can get coached, and everyone can improve!

Great result today, but deserved more from that game! Always proud of our girls and the efforts they put in. We have put ourselves in the best position to get promoted in first place, and I believe we will manage it!

Great to get my daughter on the hallowed turf too 😜

Family day out before getting back to the gym tomorrow! Great 5 days off, well needed.....

Todays the day the last 18 months has built up to! A victory today puts us a big step in the right direction for promotion. Time to right some wrongs of this season.
