It is completely natural to want to step in when your child is struggling, but in the dojo, we see firsthand how much they grow when they face challenges head-on. 🥋✨

True confidence isn’t built by avoiding obstacles, it’s built by overcoming them. By allowing our kids the space to figure things out, make mistakes, and problem-solve, they build the resilience they need for life.

Next time they find a drill or a technique tough, let’s give them a moment to work it out. That sense of achievement on their face when they do is worth it every single time! 💪🔥

⚽🥋 To celebrate England's first World Cup match, we had a bit of fun during training and held our very own Sengoku World Cup Sparring Tournament!

The dojo was buzzing as students represented different countries, showed off their skills, and battled it out in some fantastic sparring matches. 🌍🏆

We've done our bit now it's off to watch the match... Come on England! 🏴⚽

A massive well done to everyone who took part. Whether you got the results you wanted or not, you showed up. Sometimes it goes our way sometimes it doesn't. It's all a part of the journey.

Every week, our junior karate students show us exactly what can be achieved with a bit of focus and effort. 🥋✨

While they are working hard to develop amazing self-discipline and physical skills on the mats, our dojo also serves as a safe, welcoming space where kids can just be kids and build strong, lifelong friendships.

It’s a great community where they learn the value of perseverance while growing alongside a fantastic group of peers.

Watching them cheer each other on and genuinely enjoy coming to training is what makes this programme so special. 🙌❤️
