With over 50 years of history behind it, this is one of the rarest pieces of old-school bodybuilding equipment you’ll find today.

A machine associated with some of the biggest names and physiques in the sport, including Arnold Schwarzenegger and Dorian Yates.

MACHINE MASTERCLASS #5 - LAT PULLDOWN

Getting the most out of your lat pulldown comes down to a few simple adjustments:

👉 Use an overhand grip with your arms slightly tucked in
👉 Squeeze and contract your lats at the bottom of the movement
👉 Choose a weight you can control. If it’s too heavy, you won’t be able to get that full contraction

Try these adjustments on your next back session and see how they feel.
