A brief look at one of our afterschool 𝗝𝗮𝗴𝗧𝗮𝗴 sessions at 𝗡𝗲𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗘𝗣.🙌

Newington is our JagTag Flagship Partnership School & not only attended our last 𝗝𝗮𝗴𝗧𝗮𝗴 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗚𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘀 but also came with us to see the Jacksonville Jaguars play 𝗟𝗜𝗩𝗘 at Wembley.🏟️

The children’s energy & enthusiasm for JagTag is contagious & it’s great to see how the partnership has flourished.😊

🏹𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗔𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗧𝗮𝗴?🏹

With Archery Tag making its debut on our camps soon, you may be wondering - What even is Archery Tag?🤔

Archery Tag is a 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝘃𝘀 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 activity, using foam-tip arrows to Tag each other, all the while dodging getting tagged themselves. Teams will be in their ‘𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗲’, not able to cross the middle line to the other team’s ‘Base’, & once you’re tagged you’re out, waiting at the side of the arena to be brought back in.

All the arrows are 𝗳𝗼𝗮𝗺-𝘁𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗱, the bows have 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗺𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗺𝘀, & everyone is 𝗺𝗮𝘀𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝘂𝗽 with proper 𝗲𝘆𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, meaning it’s 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲 & ensuring no one gets hurt.😊

Archery Tag is perfect for practicing aim, multitasking, resilience & - most importantly - fun, & it’s been going down amazingly with groups at our experience days. We can’t wait for its camp debut this Summer!🏖️

The newest addition to our camp activity line-up is Archery Tag. A perfect follow-up activity for our Archery Boards, Archery Tag sees those marksman skills put to the test with two teams pitted against each other to see who comes out on top - think 𝗱𝗼𝗱𝗴𝗲𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗯𝗼𝘄𝘀.🎯

☀️𝗕𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝘁!☀️

We’re incredibly excited to announce that our 𝗦𝘄𝗶𝗺:𝗘𝗗 pools have been added to our 𝗛𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽 roster!🥳

In between all our over camp offerings, campgoers will be able to 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝘀𝗹𝗼𝘁 to dive into our Swim:ED pools - learning some crucial water safety tips, touching up on their swimming skills & finishing it all off with some pool games.🏊‍♂️

We’ll be announcing more information 𝘀𝗼𝗼𝗻, so keep an eye out.👀

Our Coach of the Month this time around is Coach Cowen!👏

🔹𝗘𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹🔹

Cowen is one of our 𝗦𝘄𝗶𝗺 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 but he’d easily fool you that he’s been doing it for years. His energy when delivering, constant thirst for developing as an educator, & willingness to throw himself into any & all aspects of the provision is incredibly impressive.😊

Thanks for helping 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗮 𝗗𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, Cowen, & we look forward to seeing his future development as a Swim Educator.💙
