All weather training
 Rain or shine (even snow) our JAG fitness sessions continue. Although the idea of staying at home may be enticing, getting outside in the fresh air and exercising is good for body and mind. The weather conditions don’t affect your ability to exercise and feel the benefits. The moment our sessions begin we get participants warmed up, that means not only temperature wise but more importantly blood flowing to your muscles, limbs loosened up so you are ready for the class ahead.

Lighter evenings allow us to increase the range of exercise and delivery methods we offer our members. Exercise can be fun and often when it is, it’s also more taxing. We are always looking for new fun ways to improve our members fitness. Whether that is strength, endurance, or mobility.
