Hi! We're FRC, a running club for everyone based in Hampshire, UK. We meet at 7pm every Tuesday and Thursday night at Fareham Leisure Centre and cater for all abilities - from the super speedy to the absolute beginner (and everyone in between!)

ght - keep a look out for our posts for a reminder. Please drop us a Message or post to our wall, we're all really friendly and will be glad to answer any queries you might have. Great! As Mental Health Awareness Week draws to a close, our club has been featured in The News, Portsmouth to talk through the initiatives we have in place to support our runners ❤️💛

These initiatives are made possible through the continued support of our incredible Mental Health and Wellbeing Team (Trevor, Chris and Vicky); our amazing Welfare Coordinator (Sarah); and of course each and every one of our members that look out for each other, and support each other. What a month April was for FRC! 🔥

We wrapped up the cross country season in style by hosting our event at Alver Valley - brilliant effort and team spirit on show 💪

Our full club out-and-back session saw an amazing turnout, proving once again how strong and supportive our club is 👏

The Salisbury 10 Mile delivered plenty of PBs and another successful HRRL race! 🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏻‍♂️

Not forgetting our first Captains’ Social parkrun at Whiteley, and our epic members taking on marathons across the globe! 🌎

Well done everyone for a fantastic month of running! ❤️💛

What a month! 🙌

🏃‍♂️ Eastleigh 10K & Solent Half (HRRL) – fantastic performances and PBs!
🥧 PI(E) RUN – great fun and an edible prize for everyone at the finish
👟 C25K – huge congrats to our amazing graduates 🎉
🌿 Bourne SCCL – mud, hills, and brilliant effort all round
🐣 Easter Challenge – a fun way to finish the month strong!

👏 Well done to everyone who ran, trained, and supported – proud club, as always!

FRC February update

What a month February was! ❤️💛

We were extremely proud to once again take part in the annual Foodbank Run supporting our local community.

We had runners proudly representing the club overseas in Tokyo, Malta, Seville and Barcelona, as well as closer to home on the Isle of Wight for the Hampshire Road Race League.

FRC were also out in force on the trails despite the weather! Our runners were at BigMud, The Terminator and Chichester Harbour Trails.

On the roads, we had club colours at Chichester 10k, Rombalds Stride, BrighTEN 10k, Marina Run, Goodwood Running Events, Langstone Half, Portsmouth Coastal Half, Farnborough Half, Fleet Half, Hampton Court Half, Bramley 10k and Wi******er 10k

And March is already just as busy and exciting with 2 new captains at the helm!
