The past 3 weeks have been tough!

Striving for something you're unable to achieve isn't fun.

This morning I ran, no pressure, no stress, such a good time to reflect!
Sometimes the hardest conversations are the ones you have to have with yourself!

My goal:
Compete as an athlete, WIN as a Husband, a Dad and a Coach!

Playing Coach and Athlete is tough...

Being invested in so many others can sometimes make it unclear where you are yourself! I am a coach first and athlete second but playing athlete is super important to me and something I need for myself!

But I am not happy with where I'm at, my performance, the way I look and how these things make me feel!

The point I want to make is, even coaches struggle, we all have our own struggles and that's ok!

It's a process and I'm here for it!
