On top of the fairly routine gym equipment, we have gold standard testing kit that you are unlikely to find outside of professional sport or universities. This includes ForceDecks, VBT units, and Brower Timing Gates.

Enabling us to track and provide important reliable physical performance metrics for our members. While also offering bespoke testing services for keen individuals, rehab interventions, external athletes and sports organisations.

Hitting the gym for golf can get you swinging faster, with less injuries, and better fitting polo shirts.

But it’s not much good for your game if you’re still hitting hosel rockets and mega fades onto the neighbouring fairway.

That’s why we’ve teamed up with again to provide a one stop shop for lower scores.

- 5 Weeks Individualised, in-person S&C for Golf .athletic
- 2 in person Golf Lessons
- 3 Hour Golf Sim

£180 All in.

S&C and Lessons can be booked flexibly in advance or at short notice. Simulator date TBC

Stronger more powerful golfers hit it further, giving themselves less club on approach to the pin after.

They’re also more robust, meaning they can play/practice more frequently with less performance drop off and potentially less injury.

So if you’re serious about your game, it’s no longer a case of why shouldn’t you hit the gym for golf?

But, why aren’t you already?
