TRANSFORMATION 💪

Charlie wasn’t overweight but he could get leaner.
He wasn’t weak but he could get stronger.
He wasn’t slow but we wanted him faster.

We tailored his programme to increase all these attributes he wished to worked on. As time went by he continued to work hard and feel the benefit. Still only 24 and with 50 National league South appearances under his belt, I have no doubt with Charlie’s work ethic he will continue to improve and have an even more successful career.

We’ve done a mixture of gym based and pitch work. A product of academy’s from a young age, Brad is no stranger to training the correct way and is already a great athlete but who’s to say that cannot be improved.

We assessed Brad’s force–velocity profile to pinpoint the exact regions of the curve where he can improve force and power production most effectively. Brads willingness to work will no doubt continue his physical progression and dominance with the correct work.

OFF SEASON 🔥

You’ve had your rest, now time to get to work. Get yourself ready for the new season, come back having managers seeing a noticeable difference.

And lastly, don’t f**k it up with hard work without it being smart. Don’t f**k it up by training the right way but messing up your nutrition.

Reed Wilson -

Working with Ben for the first half of the season helped me so much. Not only did I I improve in the gym with all my lifts increasing - I also noticed so much improvement on the pitch. I was covering more ground every game - my top speed increased massively compared to last season. Overall felt fitter, stronger and sharper.

Even when I went through a stint of not playing - Ben was there to keep me fit, tweaked my plan to help with the injury, and it paid off when I made my first appearance back after missing 5 games - comfortably playing 90 minutes with no injury problems.

Ben has improved my overall fitness in the gym and on the pitch - and has helped me gain knowledge and confidence in how to maintain my condition. 100% would recommend to any one who is serious about getting in shape!
