Safe and effective weight lifting promotes good health. I’ve lost count of the number of researches that prove this point (latest reported this month in Women’s Health).

In my experience November to February are often the hardest month during which to keep up a fitness routine. Don’t stop. Don’t give up. It’s easier to keep going than to start all over again. Hold on to your “why” and “just do it”.
