As a club, Seán Dolans are committed to investing in our players so they can reach their full potential.

Thanks to Ciara from Health for Life, who delivered tonight's nutrition workshop on fueling for young athletes.

Nutrition plays such an important role in our development and well-being, particularly for our players as athletes, so this session provided really valuable information for our players, coaches and parents.👏

Thanks also to all those players and parents who came along to the session.

We look forward to rolling out these initiatives to support our members health and wellbeing in the months ahead 🙌

Parents, players and coaches are invited to join us at Seán Dolans GAC for a free Nutrition Workshop delivered by Health for Life.

Whether you're looking to improve sports performance, support your child's development, or simply learn more about healthy eating, this session will provide practical advice on:

✅ Everyday nutrition

Great morning this weekend for our under 15's in the Agnes McNaught 7's.

They battled the whole morning, through to the Cup Final and were beaten by Pearses unfortunately.
