🏉💜 WEDNESDAYS AT DEREHAM RUGBY CLUB 💜🏉

Another brilliant evening at the club with our Minis and Youths giving it their all! 🙌

🌟 MINIS 🌟
Our Minis worked on their passing and catching skills, communication and teamwork. They continued practising their “W” hands when catching the ball and making sure those passes travel backwards correctly!

Of course, we finished the session with a fantastic game of tag rugby! 🏉

🔥 YOUTHS 🔥
This week our Youths focused on contact and tackling!

They really pushed themselves, working together to learn when to press as soon as the ball is off the ground, how to get into the correct position and, most importantly, how to tackle correctly and safely.

They then put everything they had learned into a game, and the effort from everyone was amazing! 👏

It’s Touch Thursday!!! 🏉

Touch is an exciting and inclusive game played by teams of six players that promotes the fundamental skills of running, passing, catching, evasion, and support play.

Played by participants of all ages and genders, Touch develops basic attack and defence skills in a minimal contact environment.

So what are you waiting for?? 😂

Come on down for a 19:30 start!
