JU JITSU UK founded in September 2022, Our clubs, located throughout Norfolk and Suffolk, with our longest established club in Thetford since 2001, offering separate & mixed classes for children as young as four to our teenager & adults classes. Our experienced black belt instructors with over 23 years of experience are dedicated to providing the highest quality instruction in a friendly and supportive environment.
Our classes will allow those wishing to join, the opportunity to progress to different grades or to continue training at a level or pace that will suit the individual. Classes will contain a mixture of fitness and techniques and will be suitable for all levels. There is no pressure on any individual to progress unless they wish to.
