Core focused Hit
If you're a beginner start with 30 secs each exercise with 30 secs rest in between. Can you do 3 rounds?

Halos
Squat swings
Burpees
Oblique twists
Plank drags
Mountqin climbers

Trust me every one of these will engage quads and help them grow! Add these into your leg workout.
Just 4 exercises

Suitcase squat(elevated or not) x8-10 should be pushing those last two reps
X8 weighted split squat then drop the weight for x12 more
Curtsey 8-10 each side
Finish with sissy squats for however many you can do
