One of the biggest misconceptions in the fitness industry!

Cardio is NOT essential to losing weight. It’s the most common thing we hear and where a lot of people tend to give up after putting in the work but not seeing the results they are expecting.

When you build muscle, your body has to work harder day-to-day to maintain it. This means even if you're sleeping, sitting, in the office - your body is still working.

Cardio might assist in cardiovascular and heart health but it won't protect your joints. Strength training increases bone mineral density by 1% to 3% and strengthens connective tissue, ensuring you stay mobile and injury-free as you age.

Despite having a few barriers, this lady has let nothing stop her 💪🏻 Where most people would think this is too hard, Lindsay just took it as an extra challenge to overcome.

From struggling to get up or down, to being able to move freely and do the things that are important to her, Lindsay now lives life on her own terms 🙌🏻 Over 25kg down and never felt or looked better!

And as we know, women naturally lose muscle mass faster as they age, so for Lindsay to not only reclaim her mobility but to get way stronger is nothing short of incredible.

Real transformations go so much further than the scales and numbers. It’s health, energy, confidence, vitality, walking the dog, wearing what you want, being comfortable on holiday and all the stuff that some of us take for granted.

We are the reflection of our Standards… Raise them ☝🏻

One of the biggest barriers in the gym isn't strength, but confidence.

The truth is confidence comes from learning. You're not supposed to know everything.
The same applies to asking a mechanic to fix your car... so ask a coach to help you train 💪🏻

Plus we all started from the same place so don't worry about others - they're usually focused on their own workout. And if you ever need help, never be afraid to ask.
