I'm Sam, a fully qualified Level 2 & 3 Personal Trainer, and I thrive on making fitness fun, inclusive, and effective! ๐ช๐

I also run a variety of fun fitness classes every week at Abronhill Community Hall ๐, which have become a huge hit with both members and non-members alike!
Behind the scenes, Craig works incredibly hard creating recipe books to help you smash your nutritional goals ๐ฝ๏ธ๐, and trust me when I say his recipes are an absolute 10/10! ๐๐
