SUMMER CHALLENGE 🤩
For the whole month of June we a running a summer challenge to help you improve your fitness. Learn or improve how to SQUAT, DEADLIFT, RDL, AND MORE properly with our fantastic team of PTs. AND we want to give you more, at the end of your block one person will be picked from each group and win a prize. 😉
All you have to do is book on the app each week with the PT of your choice, turn up, and give it your all. 🦾
