Why do my delts look like a wee bum? Who knows

Seeing a lot of negativity in the industry just now, more than usual. Everyone’s trying their best, we’re all just human and people seem to forget that.

Life’s far too short for the bitchiness and bitterness. We definitely need more love and understanding in this industry, it’s lacking in some places.

Hello! I think it’s time for a reintroduction since moving to the incredible new gym in Cumbernauld, Levels ❤️

I’m Christina, owner of Pulse & Pause personal training and sports therapy. I’m a holistic and remedial PT. I adopt an autonomous and individually tailored approach to nutrition and training, with self love and care taking precedence over everything else.

I feel that with true self love and care and the right knowledge and support, longevity of life and desired aesthetics follows this.

My approach to training and nutrition/lifestyle is to be supportive, non judgemental and kind. Every individual person needs a totally subjective approach and this is something I try my best to do.

I specialise and am qualified in working with individuals with chronic/acute health conditions, injuries, illness and disabilities.

My diary has some very limited availability, but my DMs are always open and I will always try my best to help anyone looking for any advice or support. I do also offer concessions for remedial PT under my discretion on a case by case basis.

My ultimate goal is to make health and fitness inclusive and adaptable for everyone ❤️🫶🏻💪🏻
