🏉 Sam Cooke Hits His 100-Cap Landmark!

Yesterday afternoon, in the league match against Kingsbridge RFC’s 1st XV, Sam Cooke reached a fantastic milestone, making his 100th appearance for the Cullompton RFC 1st XV. It’s an achievement that only a select few players reach!

Sam has been playing rugby at Cullompton for over 10 years, and reaching 100 first-team caps is a testament to his commitment, consistency and resilience over the years.

A reliable presence in the team, Sam is someone the coaches can count on and a player who has earned the respect of his teammates and supporters alike. He’s particularly well known for his outstanding tackling and numerous Man of the Match performances!

Sam is proudly sponsored by United Fixings Limited.

A massive congratulations to Sam from everyone at CRFC on this brilliant achievement! đź‘Źđź‘Ź

Today's 1st XV Result

A big hand to both teams today for playing in absolutely horrendous condition.

Our lads were pipped to the post in the final minute of the game by a very determined Kingsbridge XV.

Kingsbridge 15 - 14 Cullompton.

Onwards and upwards lads.

TEAM NEWS 🔴⚫️

The boys dug deep to take 4 points from Cornwall last Saturday. Tomorrow, we have another away trip, travelling down to Kingsbridge.

In the pack - TJ Matthews, Adam Jarrett and Sevie Hurrell all get the starting shirts this week.

In the backs - Connor Banks is back in the 9 shirt with Harvey Sanders in at 12 after an impressive performance off the bench last week, pushing Luke Shergold out to the wing.
Jacob Unwin returns to the group for the first time this season to make an impact off the bench.

Congratulations to Sam Cooke who earns his 100th game for the first team tomorrow đź‘Ź

Thank you as always to our sponsors.

Two wins on the trot for our 2’s, the groups confidence is growing week on week.
It’s great to see a full bench, the commitment of the lads in both teams this season has been brilliant!
This week our 2’s are at home against Torrington.

An experienced and exciting group of 20 boosted by the return of Jack Grandfield in his first game of the season.

Let’s go boys! 🔴⚫️
