At Crawley RFC we know first-hand how inclusion increases understanding, harmony, enjoyment and respect within a community.

The No.1 community club in Sussex for all ages from U6 - U18, 5 time national award winning community rugby club, 2 time Sussex RFU club of the year and the only Sussex rugby club offering wheelchair rugby It is a core value that has contributed positively not only toward the atmosphere within the club itself but also toward success and recognition both on and off the sports field. The Club is com

mitted to growing and maintaining a culture that welcomes everyone and treats everyone equitably. We encourage players and volunteers from all sections of our community to join us and welcome everyone of all ages and abilities, with or without a rugby background, regardless of gender, race, beliefs, social background or ethnicity. We want everyone to be able to enjoy their sport in an environment that is free from the threat of intimidation, harassment or abuse and we expect all club members and guests to observe this. In the event that anyone fails to live up to these principles they will be subject to a clear and robust disciplinary procedure enforced through the club’s Disciplinary Committee that can carry a number of sanctions including termination of club membership. In summary we are a β€˜rainbow’ organisation that wants everyone to feel they are a valued member of our family.
