Revolution Training Coventry www.revolution-training.com classes are designed to deliver constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. Advocating a mix of aerobic exercise, interval training, body weight exercises, plyometric and Olympic weight lifting geared towards inspiring people to reach their personal goals whether that be weight loss, toning or increasing muscle mass.

Revolution Training describes its strength and conditioning program as
"Constantly varied, high intensity, functional movements for all fitness levels designed to change your outlook on exercise." It's friendly and highly qualified staff will guide you through constantly varied circuits that will include movements such as sprinting, rowing, jumping rope, flipping tyres, weightlifting, carrying heavy objects, and many bodyweight exercises. The equipment used will include barbells, dumbells, olympic rings, TRX, pull up bars, kettle bells , Tyres, medicine balls, along with your own bodyweight to help you achieve your goals.

Our local event is coming up between the dates of 27th October and 1st November.

Whether you want to compete as a single, men’s double, women’s doubles, mixed doubles or relay.

If you are a recent regular Revolution Training member we will email you the early bird access code on the morning of Wednesday next week.
