A gentle reminder that our Tai Chi classes will be taking a six-week break, starting from 2 May, and will resume on 13 June. We’ll look forward to coming back together then, refreshed and ready to move as one again.
During this break, please remember that your practice continues. We encourage you to keep up a little Tai Chi each day at home—keeping the body soft and moving, the mind steady, and the form alive. Even a few mindful minutes daily will help you maintain your progress and connection.
Enjoy this time to deepen your own rhythm of practice, and we look forward to seeing everyone again very soon.
