❤️⚽ JDC CHARITY FOOTBALL CAMP FOR ALDER HEY CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL! ⚽💙

£1,100 RAISED SO FAR!! 🤯💙

Today was about so much more than football.

A sold-out day at The Vault. A building full of football, laughter, smiles and memories — but most importantly, a JDC family coming together for an incredible cause. ❤️

What started with Fred’s inspiring story and his journey with Alder Hey soon became so much bigger. We heard the stories of other children within our JDC family who have also needed the incredible care and support of Alder Hey. 💙🐘

That really puts everything into perspective.

As coaches, we’re incredibly lucky to work with these children every week. We see their football ability, but more importantly, we see their character, courage, personalities and smiles. ❤️

To have raised £1,100 so far makes us unbelievably proud! And we cannot thank every player, parent, coach and person who donated enough.

JDC will continue to support charities that mean so much to the families within our community.

Four brilliant young boys. Four JDC players. Four regular faces at our camps. And four boys who have personally benefited from the incredible work of Alder Hey Children’s Hospital. 🏥💙

Their stories are a huge part of why today means so much to us.

But today isn’t just for them. 💙

It’s for every child who has walked through the doors of Alder Hey. Every family they’ve supported. And every life their incredible doctors, nurses and staff have helped change. 🩵🏥

Today, we get to use something we all love.. football! To give something back. ⚽️💙

A day full of football, smiles and memories, while raising money for a cause that means so much to so many.

Today we play for Fred, Riley, Jacob & Osh — and every other child and family whose lives have been touched by Alder Hey. 💙🩵

WHAT A PERFORMANCE!!! ❤️🖤

Our U8s played their first ever 7-a-side game tonight and WOW… they made JDC proud! 👏

A bigger pitch, more ground to cover and a completely different challenge — but the boys took it in their stride. They worked unbelievably hard, gave absolutely everything and played with style, confidence and class! 🔥

⭐️ PLAYER OF THE MATCH — NATE! ⭐️
A HAT-TRICK inside the first 10 minutes! ⚽️⚽️⚽️ What a performance!

But truthfully, it could have gone to every single player tonight. An outstanding team performance from start to finish.

So proud of this group and the progress they continue to make! ❤️

🏆❤️ JDC SUMMER MVP AWARD — XAVIER! ❤️🏆

What a summer this young man has had!

Xavier has attended EVERY SINGLE DAY of our JDC Summer Football Camps, and every day he’s turned up with a smile, ready to play, learn and have fun! ⚽️

His improvement as a footballer has been incredible to watch, but what makes us even prouder is the person he is. Bright, smart, full of personality and an absolute pleasure to coach. ❤️

He represents everything JDC is about, football, fun, development and making memories.

So a HUGE congratulations to our FIRST EVER JDC SUMMER MVP.. XAVIER! 🏆

A massive THANK YOU to every player and parent who has supported our camps throughout the summer. Seeing so many familiar faces alongside so many new ones has made it extra special.
