🏆NEWFA Cup Under 15 Athletic🏆

The task ahead was a tough one against a team who only lost out on winning last season's League 1 on the last day.

Full respect went out to Mold before the game and the lads knew the concentration had to be spot on throughout.

Credit to Mold who kept breaking us down to eventually get a comfortable win on the night.

A good learning night for the team, but Dan Parry in goal, again showing us what a top keeper he is with his superb performance, getting player of the match.👌💚❤️🖤

A massive well done to Kai on being named Goalkeeper of the Week! 👏
Kai has been working with me for around 2–3 months now, and it’s been brilliant to see the progress he’s making. He trained really well this week, showing great focus, effort and attitude throughout the session. 💪🧤
It was also great to hear Kai talking about the really good save he made in his game last week — confidence is growing, and he’s starting to see the rewards of his hard work in training. 🙌

A massive congratulations to this young man, Rudie, who has officially signed for Welsh Premier League academy! ✈️⚽🧤

Having coached Rudie for the last year and a half, I have seen first-hand the incredible amount of effort, dedication, and focus he brings to every single training session. Making the leap from grassroots football to a top-tier academy is a massive achievement, and he completely deserves this opportunity.

As you can see from the mud in the picture, he never shies away from the hard work! 🌧️💪
A huge shoutout must also go to his parents. The countless early mornings, late nights under the floodlights, and endless driving to sessions—this success belongs to you as well. Your support has been vital.
Rudie, it has been an absolute pleasure guiding you so far, and I couldn't be prouder of your progress!

With the dark nights drawing in early, the floodlights are officially back out for our evening sessions. The temperature might be dropping, but the work rate doesn’t slow down.

There's nothing quite like training under the lights to sharpen those reflexes, work on footwork, and keep developing those crucial handling skills. Huge shift from the keepers in tonight's small group clinic! 💪⚽

Every week during my goalkeeper sessions, I’ll be looking for the goalkeeper who shows the best attitude, effort, commitment, bravery, coachability and improvement. It’s not always about who makes the most saves — it’s about everything you bring to the session. 💪

It’s the little things that mean the most 🧤⚽️❤️
One of the best things about coaching young goalkeepers is seeing how much they take in, even when you don’t realise they’re watching…

Gethin came along to watch me play for Vauxhalls, and clearly he was paying close attention! 😀

He’s now started copying the way I set up my goal — bottle in one place, towel in the other… just like his coach!
It might seem like a small thing, but moments like this mean a lot to me. ❤️

Knowing that a young goalkeeper looks up to you, watches what you do and wants to replicate it is one of the biggest compliments you can get as a coach.

Hopefully one day he’ll be doing it at a much higher level than me! 👏🧤

Congratulations to Leo on getting keeper of the week! 👊🏽

Leo has had around 4-5 sessions with me, his attitude is top, he helps the other keepers and encourages when in a group.

He seems to be developing his skills as well as confidence 😃👍🏼

He gives 100% to every save, catch, movement 💯

A top young lad to work with and fully deserves his prize from myself! 🏆🧤

Shoutout to Belle and Matilda who get a joint keeper of the week last week. They have both been successful in gaining the opportunity after trialing, to play for Wrexham schoolgirls for the 26/27 season. 🏆🤯

Both Matilda and Belle have shown consistency in sessions, hard work and lots of fun. ⚽️❤️

I love success no matter how big or small! Well done girls look forward to giving you your prizes! 🏆❤️⚽️✅🧤
