Meet Issy…

Issy came to me just over a year ago now. Feeling low in confidence and not really knowing what to do inside the gym and outside too.

This is Issys’s story so far:

I started training with Sean at the start of last year and would never look back! Prior to starting my PT sessions I was constantly eating rubbish food, going to a gym but not pushing myself and felt tired all the time. A year on and I physically feel the best I ever have, Im confident, have lots of energy and have made amazing friends 🫶🏼. Sean definitely pushes me to do my best and sees the potential in me that I don’t see in myself, the 6 week challenge was also a huge eye opener when I saw how much progress I could make in such a short period of time through eating right and training consistently!

Meet Josh who has just completed the latest 6 week challenge. 6 weeks later and 10lbs down here is what Josh had to say:

Before starting the 6 week challenge with Sean I was totally unhappy in my own skin! Overweight, lazy, zero motivation, unfit and about as flexible as tin man!

Since starting I’ve felt energised, motivated and started gaining confidence on the way my body looks and generally in better mood. I looked forward to training with Sean every week and even weirdly looked forward to the absolutely brutal cardio sessions.

I was worried I’d just feel embarrassed and hate being trained but it was the exact opposite. Sean helped and motivated me constantly, gave me accountability to show up and put in the hard work!

I’ve now finished my 6 week challenge and smashed the goal I originally set myself all without sacrificing a ‘normal’ life. No crash dieting or strict limits, just balance and hard work!
Feeling so much better in myself now and 100% fitter and stronger than I’ve been in a very long time!

No stopping here though, I’ll be signing up with Sean long term, ready to set and smash new goals!!

Katie came to me in June 2022 losing confidence, motivation and easily giving up on everything she was trying.

This is what Katie said back in June 2022:

‘I lose motivation quickly. Lose confidence and give up. At the moment I want to lose weight’

It’s safe to say she changed all of that and this is Katie now:

‘I started with very little confidence in myself and my abilities. Now I can jump into every session and new excerise knowing i can do it. It feels like only yesterday when i started. Wierd to see how far I've come with my confidence both mentally and physically😵‍💫’

I couldn’t be prouder of how far Katie has come. We are not at the overall goal but we aren’t far off and miles ahead of schedule.

We are on the right path to achieve this by Christmas, so keep an eye out for what’s to come 💪🏻

For nearly 30 years I’ve known Martin. This is one of my proudest transformations to date.

Martin isn’t just an online client and a friend, more like a brother.

This is Martins story:

The last 18months have been crazy. Massive life changes, so much going on & I was at potentially, the most unhealthy I've ever been. Sat in front a PC screen for hours on hours, overeating daily with near zero exercise.
So l am very lucky that one of my best friends, is also one of the best PTs around...
I started with a 6week challenge to get abit of accountability & moved to his online coaching app, self led workouts that have been planned and monitored by the man himself.
We've been through multiple phases; from pure fat loss, to muscle building & more recently HIlT based full body workouts.
In around two weeks, l'll be setting out to do something I've dreamt of since I left school 15years ago... walking through the Himalaya & sleeping at the foot of Mt Everest With Sean's help, I'm at the fittest & leanest I've been in a very very long time. Ready to enjoy every second without worrying about being able to complete the trip.
I know this is a cringey post, but I'm proud of a couple of things...
Proud of having a friend like Sean, who has been THE BEST mentor, trainer & friend you could ever ask for.
But also, proud of myself, for bouncing back from a sh*te time & creating a life I could not be happier with! I have some amazing people around me & some incredible things to look forward too h
