A relaxed swimming session designed for senior swimmers.

Whether you fancy a gentle swim, some light exercise or a little friendly advice from our swimming teachers, this is a welcoming session for everyone.

Have you been watching the Commonwealth Games and feeling inspired to pick up a netball again? Whether you played years ago, are looking to get more active, or simply want to try something new, our Walking Netball sessions are the perfect way to get involved.

we're offering fun, friendly and inclusive sessions led by qualified England Netball coaches.

What is Walking Netball? Walking Netball is a slower-paced, low-impact version of the game that makes netball accessible to people of all ages and abilities. It's ideal for those returning to exercise, recovering from injury, or anyone who would like to enjoy netball in a supportive and welcoming environment.
