🌑✨ New Moon in Gemini – Letting in the Light ✨🌑

Somewhere along the way, many of us lose touch with the part of ourselves that was curious, playful and full of wonder.

The part that didn’t worry about getting it right.
The part that wasn’t trying to fit in.
The part that followed what felt exciting, joyful and alive.

Before life taught us who we should be, we already knew who we were.

This New Moon in Gemini invites us back to that place.

Gemini is the sign of curiosity, possibility and fresh perspective. It reminds us that life doesn’t have to be so heavy. That there are more possibilities available to us than we can currently see. That we don’t need all the answers before taking the next step.

Perhaps the light we’re searching for isn’t something we need to find at all.

Perhaps it’s simply the part of ourselves we’ve forgotten.

Join me for an evening of meditation and sound as we gently turn towards that inner light, reconnect with possibility, and plant intentions for the month ahead.

This injury has brought me to my knees.

Five months in. An MRI this weekend after waiting two months. Fear of what it might show. Frustration that I’m still here. Exhaustion from being in pain for so long.

When I first hurt myself, I wanted to fix it. Fast.

What I’m learning instead is how much emotion lives underneath physical pain.

The grief of losing parts of my normal life.
The fear of the unknown.
The frustration of not being able to do what I want to do.
The exhaustion of carrying it all day after day.

Today, whilst demonstrating a pose to help relieve sciatica, the tears came.

And I let them.

No trying to stop them.
No pretending I’m okay.
No spiritual bypassing.

Just feeling what was there.

This could happen to anyone. One awkward movement. One injury. One moment that changes everything for a while.

Healing isn’t always beautiful. Sometimes it looks like tears on a yoga mat. Sometimes it looks like anger, grief, fear and uncertainty. Sometimes it looks like getting up every day and doing the practices anyway.

So that’s what I keep doing.

I come back to my breath.
I come back to movement.
I come back to presence.
I come back to my practice.

Again and again and again.

Not because it makes everything disappear.

But because it helps me stay with myself whilst I move through it.

Healing has a way of slowing you down enough to listen differently 💛

I’m still unable to teach right now, and I miss it more than I can explain… but this season has also opened space for new creativity, deeper healing, and exciting new offerings at Soul Space.

I’ve really been craving slower spaces lately.

Less doing.
Less holding everything together.
More just… being in my body again.

This New Moon in Ta**us feels like that.

Nothing big or dramatic — just a chance to pause, breathe, and come back to what actually feels grounding and supportive.

We’ll sit together in meditation,
then ease into a sound bath and let the body do what it needs to do.

No pressure to “set perfect intentions” or get anything right.
Just space to land.

Still feeling the energy of last night✨🌕

Thank you to everyone who came and shared space under this Scorpio Full Moon. There’s something powerful about gathering together… dropping beneath the surface… and meeting ourselves in a deeper way.

It wasn’t about doing more… it was about feeling more.
Softening into the body… reconnecting with your inner power… and allowing what needed to shift, to shift.

I could feel how open the room was.
How willing you all were to go there.
And that’s where the magic happens.
