One week until the Trifarm Sprint Tri, two weeks to Swim Serpentine & Weymouth 70.3, and three weeks until Hever. Still plenty to train and race for.

We are here for you 8:30-11:30 on Saturday and Sunday this weekend so get booked on.

Morning all

Just a heads up to say that as we march into September so the sun will gradually start to defeat us as the month progresses. So your evening sessions will finish at 7:45 this week, and then reduce 15 mins each week. Red flag, out of the water will be 15 minutes before that.

Still the water is lovely so enjoy whilst we can :-)
