Not every horse benefits from simply doing more. Fitness, weight, previous injuries, workload and individual goals all need to be considered.

This is exactly what I’ve been working on with some of my clients, creating a programme specifically around their needs and goals.

I’m now offering bespoke equine rehabilitation, fitness & conditioning programmes, which can include working closely with your vet through IMAF Equestrian UK.

They have both improved massively and it was so lovely to see their confidence growing throughout the lesson. Plenty of hard work, concentration and smiles and what a difference it makes! 💪🏼❤️

I hold a BSc in Equine Sports Therapy & Rehabilitation (University of Greenwich, 2021), along with certifications in Equine Hydrotherapy and Kinesiology so I can also support your horses’ performance, recovery, and overall wellbeing.
