This is why I love coaching.

Half-term chaos. Kids everywhere. Family stuff. Her energy was gone. And you know what she did? Put herself at the bottom of the pile.

One week in. Down 1lb. But that’s not the win here.

I’m more energised. Less bloated. More comfortable in my clothes. Stronger in the gym. Sleeping better.

I’m planning my week instead of making impulse choices.

Yeah, my period’s coming this week. Yeah, my energy’s dipped a bit. And yeah, I could spiral right now if I wanted to.

But I’m not.

I’m sticking to my goals. I’m focusing on the week ahead.

It’s only been seven days.

Stop focusing on your core and start building your entire body.

You can do a thousand sit-ups. Won’t spot reduce the fat from your stomach. Spot reduction doesn’t exist, your body drops fat where it wants to, when it wants to.

But here’s what does work: train your whole body. Get stronger everywhere. Build muscle in your glutes, back, shoulders, legs. More muscle means a faster metabolism. Faster metabolism means faster fat loss.

Then sort out your nutrition.

You can train hard five days a week. If your food isn’t right, you won’t see results. Calories, protein, meal plan, track, constantly.

šŸ’™ Using my own experience of having lost 6 stone after having two daughters, I have an opportunity for TWO Women on their own weight loss journey.

Over the past 6-12 months I’ve been working on a method that helps Women Lose weight, without eating from a super restrictive meal plan, or yet another FAD diet.

Most of you are stuck because you’re trying to do everything at once.

You’re overwhelming yourself. You’re jumping between random workouts. You’re under-eating because you think less food equals faster results. You’re relying on coffee instead of proper fuel. And there’s no one holding you accountable when things slip.

Honestly you don’t need a perfect diet. You don’t need to train six days a week. You need a plan you can actually stick to. One that lets you eat, train smart, and have someone in your corner pushing you forward.

That’s the difference between people who drop half a stone and keep it off versus people who yo-yo forever.

Real talk here guys and I’ve been letting things slip.
I’m starting to feel uncomfortable in my clothes.
Whilst I’ve been keeping up with most of my training I haven’t been on top of all aspects.
Life has been really busy, however I’m taking back control for myself and putting it here to hold myself accountable.

I haven’t got a specific weight goal that I want to get to as it’s not all about weight but I want to feel better, feel stronger and back to more confident.

And if you’ve woken up today too thinking shoot we are halfway through the year and I haven’t done what I said I would do in January then join me!
