Today introduced “Fitness classes teaching us how to fall safely” through Judo. FitCore Fitness does not offer Judo lessons, but I am a Senior ARNI Instructor & a fitness coach with 7 years experience working with stroke patients in rehabilitation through exercise, and I run all ages fitness group classes locally. If you’re looking to improve your daily life activities (DLA); to sit, stand, fall, get up, get moving and stay fit, come join FitCore Fitness’ Flex Fit Class on Monday 10.45am to 11.30am at Caterham Baptist Chuch hall.

Guys! STROKE REHABILITATION is here!!!

ARNI is now the Help For Heroes (H4H)’s contracted first go-to for stroke rehab in the UK. Armed forces veterans can now be referred by Help For Heroes (H4H) to any of the 135 ARNI Instructors under the new H4H-ARNI contract. Any veteran who has a stroke can apply for a comprehensive assessment and then 10 hours of rehab, followed by a further multiple hours of session if appropriate/as agreed.
