Good afternoon ladies 💕
For those of you who don’t know me, I’m Lindsay, founder of Total Body Fitness and a qualified Menofit Coach specialising in nutrition, fitness and wellness for women in peri to post menopause.
It’s been a couple of years since I last ran one of my Menofit™ programmes, and during that time I’ve definitely experienced my own fair share of peri-menopause symptoms !
The ups, the downs, the confusion, and the constant questioning of what on earth is happening to my body and mind 🤪
Having the knowledge and training I do has helped me navigate this journey with my eyes open, but I’m still learning every day.
Menopause is finally being talked about more openly, which is fantastic, but with so much information available it can also feel overwhelming and difficult to know where to start.
Since launching our Menofit™ Strength & Mobility classes, so many women have come to me looking for help and guidance around nutrition, fitness and weight management. Many are frustrated because the things that used to work simply don’t work anymore.
* They’re tired of feeling tired.
* They’re confused by weight gain that seems to happen overnight.
*They’re struggling with brain fog, poor sleep, low mood, aches and pains, and a body that suddenly feels unfamiliar.
That’s what has inspired me to create a new Menofit™️ programme
I’m excited to be launching a 14-day Menofit™ programme designed to help you better understand your changing body and give you practical tools to support your health, wellbeing and confidence through midlife.
My goal is simple: to help you feel more informed, more in control, and more confident about the choices you’re making for your body.
The programme will be delivered through a private Facebook group, creating a safe and supportive space where you can learn at your own pace.
Over the 14 days you’ll receive:

✨ Guidance on recognising and managing common symptoms
✨ Daily tips and practical takeaways you can implement straight away
✨ Nutrition basics to support your energy, mood and weight management
✨ 21 days of meal inspiration and ideas to help take the guesswork out of healthy eating
✨ Access to a supportive community of women who understand exactly what you’re going through
Whether you choose to join the conversations or simply follow along quietly is entirely up to you. The beauty of these groups is that they remind us we’re not alone in this journey.
Menopause may be a natural stage of life, but that doesn’t mean we have to simply put up with feeling confused, exhausted or unsupported.
