Ooooh she spicy 🥵

You guys loved (or loathed???) this one a few weeks ago so had to film it, would love any suggestions on what else we could add in! We went for a light spring, starting hand it small loop then taking to big if necessary! First movement feels light but it buildsssss 🌶️🌶️

My first home event in Prudhoe 🥹

So excited to be hosting another event alongside Maddie and Jake from The Doughbox, and this time on our home turf!☀️

Join us on Friday 7th August, 6:30pm for an evening of good food, movement and community, all in the fresh air alongside Prudhoe riverside! Tickets are £25 and include a homemade mint lemonade, pilates class and whole pizza of your choice!🍕🍋🧘🏻‍♀️

I'm loving seeing so many people get into cycling, and it's really pushed me to get back on my bike after a significant hiatus, but I've found myself feeling I don't have the right kit or look the way I should, so I'm here to remind you that as long as you're safe, that's all that matters.

Wether you're in the best Rapha kit or like me and in a set you've had for ten years, in your sunnies or your RENDEZVOUS SPORTS glasses, getting outside and finding movement you enjoy is all that matters. I've had my bike years, my shoes are second hand and I cycle in my local area (dreaming of Europe) and that's ok!!!!

Our schedule up until 23rd August is here - full of outdoor park classes across the midlands, as well as some Cumbrian and Northumberland events! These events are kindly sponsored by so there's electrolyte sachets for everyone to try too!
