Each one of these girls had a different focus, their own objectives to meet and their own areas to show improvement on today and that, they did!

International Basel Open, Switzerland this weekend for Katie. A big delay in travel and an early start for her, but as she does, she got out there and give it her best. Today wasn’t her day. But that’s okay, she’ll come back and build, ready for the next one!

Tough one for her, both physically and mentally, but that’s to be expected in the International Tournaments.

We’re all still very proud and you should be of yourself! Let’s get ready to get back to work on Tuesday 💪🥋🔥

Just Charlotte and Emma today, giving the BKF comp in Sheffield a good go!

The work that they’re putting in is coming together on the mats, improvements being made and still areas to work on… but overall a very good, very longgggg, but very good day out!

Charlotte- Bronze in individual Kumite
Emma- Bronze in individual Kumite / Silver in team Kumite

NEW for the TEENS!

With the huge success of running our childrens Home Ed PE sessions for the past 2 years, we’re going to see if any of the teens are interested in trying a weekday session out?!

A boxfit/ martial arts based session will run every Friday morning 11.30am starting on the 4th September
This is for any child age 12+ yrs, currently being home educated.

PARENTS, just a few of the benefits your child receives by getting involved are…

•Increased social time with children their own age
•An additional scheduled session for routine
•Something NEW to look forward to each week
•Having somewhere to release any build up energy
And that’s without listing the obvious physical benefits!

To get your child involved, please message on one of our social media pages and encourage them down for a session on the 4th September!
