Ruth has made incredible progress over the last year with Synergize Fit Hub.

1. Box Sit-to-Stand
Sit to a bench or box and stand back up without using your hands.

✔ Builds leg strength
✔ Supports everyday movement
✔ Great confidence builder

2. Seated Resistance Band Row
Sit tall, pull elbows back and squeeze shoulder blades together.

✔ Improves posture
✔ Strengthens upper back
✔ Simple and joint-friendly

3. Farmer Carry
Hold light dumbbells and walk steadily for 20–30 metres.

✔ Builds grip & core strength
✔ Improves balance
✔ Helps everyday carrying tasks feel easier
