Every workout starts with the right environment!👌🏼

After helping Urdd Gobaith Cymru earlier this year at the 7s tournament, we were thrilled to transform this space into a high-performance gym for staff and visitors at Llangrannog Activity Centre which will help support the school groups who visit each year.

The transformation included KingsBox SX20 squat racks, Dyaco UK cardio equipment and functional training kit, custom training platforms, and a custom sled track and modular storage solutions to keep everything organised.
