We are so excited for the upcoming Gradings on Sunday, please make sure you are all aware of the times you are to be at the gym.

Red Belt (Tigers) – 09:30am

Red Belt (Juniors) – 10:30am

Yellow Belt – 11:30am

Orange Belt – 12:30pm

Green Belt – 1:30pm

Blue Belt – 2:30pm

Brown Belt – 3:30pm

Remember to Practice and you will get the result you want.Be in full Kit with belts if you have one .If you have any questions leading up to the day please speak to one of the assistant Instructors. We look forward to seeing you then 🐯🏆🥊🥊

Good Morning Tiger well I hope your as excited as we are finally getting to train together today. The plan will be that the Tigers and Juniors/intermediate classes at 5pm & 6pm , will be held at the fields behind the Oyster Catcher Pub (hungry horse) in Penarth. We would also kindly ask that any parents attending to spectate, please do not congregate together and be mindful of social distancing measures.see you there tigers 🐯 🥋 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🥊

Tomorrow is one of our favourite days at WKMKA when we get to see all your hard work pay off. Please arrive in full uniform 🥋.Please could you arrive 10 mins early to register in.
